Product performance is terrible. The cameras were installed with fully charged batteries. The panels were installed in direct sunlight on the roof of a garage in sunny Southern California. After 20 days, the cameras were turned off and the batteries were dead. The initial installation was carried out with partially charged batteries. I submitted a support ticket and the support team advised me to do the initial installation with fully charged batteries. Even though they followed their undocumented instructions, the product still doesn't work. I am very disappointed that the time and expense was wasted on a defective product that does not match the advertised functionality. I am requesting a full refund and will be purchasing an Arlo panel. I read a review from another customer who said "You get what you pay for". This is a cheap product that doesn't work and wastes customers' time and effort. She should be excluded from the offer on the floor.
