Review on 🪒 Braun Silk-épil 9 9-020: Flexible Head Epilator with Facial Hair Removal, Shaver & Trimmer - Cordless, Rechargeable, Wet & Dry Beauty Kit Including Body Massage Pad by Melissa Garcia

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Slightly better than 7

Foreword: I bought the epi 7 in 2015 and used it occasionally (I really should be more consistent for less pain.) I did my regular restart a few days ago where I used a depilatory cream (specifically Veet) to start epilation daily to minimize pain. After pulling out all that hair, it usually doesn't hurt at all afterwards until I have to stop and start in a year or so. I also did the epilator all over my hands because I have better pain resistance there. Anyway, I've been doing this with the Epi 7 for about three days now, but because it's older and because I've lost a lot of parts (including the charger. Used a razor cord.) I decided to get it. I've had prickly leg stumps since I started and expect to take another 3-4 days to finish. Got this about an hour into my session this morning and decided to see if he can pick up some of the plugs that 7 honestly should have gotten for all his grit claims. I was very skeptical. Review: That did it! I have practically no more stubble on my legs and I think it will take another day or two. Also, this shot is MUCH less painful and more like later passes. I felt my hair being pulled out, but very rarely pain. I think II is also faster than II by 7. I managed to do a few other parts of my body that I was holding back because of the pain, I also ran it down my arms and there was a lot of hair that missed the seven ! Not all of the pain is gone, but it's VERY reduced. For that reason I even tried it on my face (I've never pinched it before or done anything other than poke it with my electric shaver) and it worked! So it's faster because it has more surface area, literally moves faster, and can flex into the right curve. I think it's less painful due to more intense vibrations and probably a better design. And less pain! Why didn't I buy this sooner? This is the first time I'm writing a review so soon after receiving something, but I HAD TO. I'll update if anything bad happens, but so far I'm impressed.
