They look great and true to size although a bit loose in width. Luckily I bought arch support outsoles which I put in without removing the included insole and they worked great. They fit snug enough for me to walk comfortably. I will say that I recommend not wearing them for very long. time as they have an inner layer that bothers my little fingers if I keep them for 4-5 hours but that was only a problem once as I usually shed them when sitting.
