I bought this scanner to upload very old family photos and store documents. It worked well and the big bed helped a lot. Luckily I was able to complete the above task. Then I had to move. When I move, I hand-carry all my electronic devices so they've never been dropped or mishandled. Settled down and wanted to scan more. NO ENERGY. I checked the power supply and it turned out to be dead, which I've read elsewhere is a common flaw in this scanner. So I bought another PS. Connected but the scanner has NO power. PS indicates 24V coming out. I can't find any information about this issue, so this $$$ pscanner is just a paperweight now. I would not recommend it. I bought from another seller but I have this scanner.
