Makes opening cans easier.

We had other similar bottle openers but they were thinner and made of inferior material. It's just the right thickness to provide a good grip, but not too thick which would make it awkward to use. And it's very high quality silicone - should last a long time. It also serves as a pot holder, as silicone is very heat resistant.
