Review on HOUSE DAY Pants Hangers: 25 Pcs of Black Plastic Skirt Hangers with Non-Slip Big Clips for Closet Organizing and Space-Saving by Douglas Holla

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I've literally been waiting to buy hangers like these for 20 years and they are everything I've ever wanted. But: I'm small.

Let me first say that I did NOT receive a discount on this product; I paid in full and my review is honest. I love these hangers. I used to work in retail and we would hang our pants on hangers that looked like this and we would take those hangers off and put them on the 'regular' hangers. "Normal" hangers were ones where the clips could rotate and you could move them. I hated "regular" hangers. If you hang 45 pairs of pants side by side, the clips will snag and create chaos. Then we would have thrown away the hangers for shipping.! I asked my manager if I could take some home and they quickly became my favorite hangers! I've wanted to buy it ever since, even 20 years later. I love that you can hang multiple pants side-by-side in your closet and hang them right next to each other - no clips sticking out. I like that they don't snag - there are no protruding pivot brackets. I love that I don't have to fold my pants to hang them up, love that they stay put so I don't find the pants on the floor in the closet, I just love them. To be clear, there was a reason we switched to the "regular" hangers in the store: These hangers aren't made for plus-size pants. I think if your waist size is larger than 14 then the outside edges of your pants may curl up as these hangers only hang at the middle of your waist. (This is why the "regular" hangers were better because the clips could be moved outward.) One more clarification. The hangers that we could get at retail had a different gripping mechanism - you slide the metal piece up, open the clip, and then slide the metal piece down to close the clip. Those are cool clips.
