OK, it's the cutest toaster and looks sweet on my vintage tile counter. It functions well, and makes toast ok. One side is a bit lighter than the other, but it's not a big problem. It's simple to use. I've had it for a few months now, and it's worked fine. I don't use it every day, but only occasionally. For the money, it's a good purchase. So far. My only complaint, along with most toasters on the market today, is that they are SO lightweight that they don't "hold" on the counter well.
