Review on 🔊 iHome iW3 AirPlay Wireless Audio System - Black OPEN BOX (Rechargeable) by Stephanie Martel

This product was purchased after trying 3 other radio speakers. We tried Samsung, I think Phillips and Bose. With all the other products we found we didn't have to pay £250 for a device that intermittently connects to the internet and has average sound. The sound of the Samsung was much worse. The sound of this unit was on par with others and it only cost $50. I put off writing a review as I was planning to use the device for more than a month. After a summer of moving it from the bedroom dock to the back deck or front porch/driveway, we found we had really good physical range. (Note: We currently only use a Verizon Hotspot 890L for our home internet - not a strong, fast or consistent signal). We had some trouble detecting iOS devices that don't always stay connected to the internet (iPhone), but our laptop and iPad (always connected to the router) connect immediately. When our permanent internet service is installed we plan to purchase another of these speakers for use in the basement and garden. With software options like Airfoil and Mac software, you can create a complete home sound system.
