I have used this service to remind my clients of their appointments with me, as well it helps keep them in touch via email or text when they are away from home office. The best thing is that you can send reminders at any time so no matter if there was an emergency situation (like car trouble) you would not be out looking because someone had already alerted all parties involved about what needed doing next! No more missed calls during busy times like holidays!! It's great but sometimes we forget stuff even though its been set up before hand - which leads us to forgetting things again later. But overall i think reminder services do help alot especially those who work outside normal hours/business days etc., since many people tend to go off schedule due to emergencies, family issues ect..
