Good for walking, very thin and transparent, stretchy, too small for the stated size.
I sent them back because they weren't a 10 1/2 at all and I can even wear a size 10 quite often so keep that in mind. They're very very light, almost mesh, so they're cool if you want them, but I don't know if I'll use them for hard running. It depends on your foot. They are tied with rubber bands.
