I've been suffering from daily tension headaches for a few weeks. I have a doctor's appointment, but in the meantime I'm trying to do my best to deal with them. I wear these glasses when I watch TV, work on my computer, use my phone, etc. for several days and I find that there was a noticeable difference in the severity and frequency of my headaches. I've done a bit of research and there are mixed opinions on the effectiveness of blue light goggles, but figured there wouldn't hurt to try them anyway. Even though it's a placebo effect, as long as my headaches go away, it doesn't bother me. I will continue to wear them when using electronic devices. The only negative I found is that they get VERY dirty and the only thing that helps to clean them is a microfiber cloth like the one that came with the kit.
