These guys understand quality and that's the only reason I like this inflator/gauge. The button feels right, the pressure is easy to read, the hose fits snugly against the valve stem with no leaks, and the exhaust valve works as it should. It's just a well-designed, well-built tool. I've previously paid $14 at Walmart for another brand and decided all the inflators/gauges should be the same. The grip was difficult to hold and the mechanical gauge visible, the gauge difficult to read accurately and the hose did not fit snugly on the valve stem. Once again, quality and great design win.
