The only thing you really need to know is if I were in a race for my life to grind as much salt as possible I would buy this thing with confidence. I only had it for a few hours. It sounds weird but the action on it is amazing. It gives you that really nice ratchet click when you use it. It also runs very smoothly. Dragging this one from side to side seems better to me than having to twist your wrist with other guys. Right before I bought this I bought another one for $10 and it was so horrible I went to scorched earth and bought one for more than double the price. I almost didn't buy it because it was such an odd design but I'm so happy I did. The only thing that worries me is that it's made out of a lot of plastic. I'm afraid the handle might break, but haven't seen any signs of it yet. It will be a sad day that I will not think about for the time being. I'll update this if something happens and breaks it from normal use.
