Pipelink has been instrumental in our ability to grow as a business and maintain great margins for all our products while also growing revenue year over year by more than 30%. They've helped us scale up from one warehouse facility that could hold about 1 million cases/month (about 10x less capacity) into 2 warehouses each capable of holding 15M+ cases per month - both facilities are now fully booked most days throughout the week! The customer service is fantastic there's really no downside here they do what it takes to ensure you're happy! We needed help scaling out but we didn't need any "help" or support beyond just having them work hard so I will be honest this was not my favorite part when talking about working with Pipelink. If your looking for someone who wants nothing short of 100% satisfaction then look elsewhere if thats where you want to settle. Our success depends heavily upon being able to deliver goods quickly without issue which we have achieved.
