Review on 🎵 Garmin Forerunner 645 Music: GPS Running Watch with Garmin Pay, Heart Rate Monitoring, Music, Rose Gold by Ashley Farrington

I've had a few GPS watches and this is by far my favourite. First off, I'd like to say that this watch's rating on Amazon is only a 3.7, but if you look closely, most of the lower ratings were received earlier this year and were due to connectivity issues (especially with the Music model). It seems Garmin has already fixed this, so all subsequent reviews have been very good. Most GPS watches today are too big for runners with small wrists (and many distance runners have small wrists!). I have 6 and 1/4 watches. inches on my wrist, and most watches are too big and uncomfortable for me. As you can see from the picture, this one (42.5mm) looks right and fits very comfortably. It actually looks a bit bigger in the photo. In real life, they look just right. Functionally, I mainly use the watch for running and it does a great job. I will not go into details, there are many reviews, but I will say that in addition to the usual features that all Garmin watches have, these offer some additional advanced metrics that are not only important, but also make running a lot More fun. Another great feature is the recovery status - it tells you how long you should wait before your next hard run. Some cons: The sleep tracking is pretty nice as it gives you hours of light/deep/REM sleep, but I wish it gave you advice or a comparison every day. The same goes for advanced metrics: it would be nice to have some sort of percentile. For example, the Polar m430 gives each race a "runner score” so you know how you compare to your competitors. Another disadvantage is of course the price. The non-music is 100 more than the 735XT and obviously not much more than the 735XT watch (also around 150 more than the Vivoactive 3). I would buy the 735XT if it was smaller. I think the price will come down over time but I didn't want to wait :) All in all it's a great watch and you won't be disappointed.
