I've only had it a week but so far so good. Pros: Ease of use. Read the instructions, everything is clear there. I've read other comments on this and disagree about their difficulty in using. Great low light on the first dimming setting - I can use this with my child and he won't be shaken by it. Cool color changes for more useful lighting functions. I don't use them at all. Bluetooth speakers required - I can control volume and music/tone selections from anywhere in the house. Built-in auto shutdown timer of 10, 20, 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes options. Portable. I like it. Lasts me all night with occasional use - haven't tried leaving it on all night yet. Cons: Other lighting settings in the color section are VERY bright. Also, every time you turn it on you have to sift through the settings to find the right color - it doesn't "remember" the last lighting setting you used. So it will reset from the lowest dimming level to the brightest each time and then cycle through the colors. Using bluetooth is a great feature but make sure you turn off any other noises/apps on your phone because if your phone rings it will play it through the speaker! I don't want that to happen to a sleeping baby. Not many cons so far. Everything seems to work fine and it's just what we needed at a great price. Hope this lasts long.
