If you travel as much as I do, you've probably been in the same predicament as me. no laptop power supply. Either you left it at home, at a meeting with a client, at the airport, in another bag, or lent it to a colleague. I have owned many laptops over the years and have often purchased non-OEM power supplies as a backup option and to save money. But the quality of these can vary wildly, so it's important to choose one that will get the job done and won't melt or ruin your laptop or battery. I bought this 45w power adapter for my Lenovo X1 Yoga and it works just as well as the original power bank. The connection to the laptop is solid and I prefer the "L" shape of this connector to the original design as it keeps the cable nice and straight. Even when the battery is charging and the laptop is in use, the transformer doesn't get hot enough to touch or handle (I've had a few that literally got hot enough to touch). . It finally arrived quickly and well packaged. Recommend this as a backup in your pocket or as a replacement for the original.
