I give 5 stars for customer service and product performance where I stand right now. The product itself is packaged in an easy-to-use form. The instructions are clear and helpful, as are the videos on their website. The hardest part is matching the color to the skin, but this must be done with any repair kit. The adhesive, which acts as a filler, spreads easily and seems to fill in gaps and holes well. In terms of customer service these people went above and beyond the call of duty and have contacted me on numerous occasions to check my progress and offer assistance in finding the right color. Your responses to my email questions have been less than 24 hours and usually the same day. I'll come back and post more about the final product when I'm done, but didn't want to wait until then to post a review. I will say the little teardrops I painted look great (an exact color match wasn't really needed as they were on the back of the armrest which isn't visible to clients in my office).
