Review on 💾 ORICO 3.5inch External Hard Drive Enclosure SATA III Transparent Storage Case - Tool Free, 16TB, Compatible with WD, PS4, Xbox by Alexander Scharon

I bought this outer case because I liked the clear case concept; The price was good but I think you get what you pay for. This product sat in its original packaging for about two weeks while I waited for the various parts to arrive for the project it was part of. At first everything worked, the record was online and available. I left the new system overnight and the next morning in this case the drive was disabled/inaccessible. I checked and found that the case won't turn on. I checked the power supply and it was fine (normal voltage provided, 12 VDC). I checked the hard drive on a dyno and it was fine, accessible and able to read/write data. As a result, the case fell through in less than a day. I do not recommend this case.
