This item fits great and definitely works you out and causes you to sweat! I wash it in delicates and allow it to air dry. It’s actually pretty comfortable without being loose fitting. I would say true to size. I also love that it’s long enough so if u have a long torso or mommy fupa it covers all of that. I would buy again when I go down a size!
