This mat is very durable and larger than you think. Very good construction and should last a long time with proper care. Due to the thickness of the "grass" it is about 2 inches off the ground. This way the ball is actually slightly above your feet. I received it yesterday and used it outside with an iron and firewood for about an hour. stood on a pair of thick floor mats to keep his feet in line with the mat. I put the mat on concrete and it didn't move when I hit the ball. I later switched to weed and it worked well too. It's definitely a quality build. I particularly like that the mat is in a frame that prevents fraying and twisting. The t-shirt works well and is easy to remove for ironing. Overall, this is a very good exercise mat. I will update if my mind changes.
