These attachments are very heavy in a good way. I think they will last forever. The quality is excellent. This was my first time making homemade pasta and it was delicious! My first batch sat too long before I cooked them and got a little clumpy, but I quickly fixed that with my second batch. It might be worth getting a dryer or dusting them with flour if the noodles don't cook right away. The instructions were clear. The adjustable nozzle worked great on setting 2 as recommended, as long as the dough was sufficiently flattened. They came out so good my fiancé had already ordered some Lomein pasta. I suggest the noodle strips be short so they're easier to manage, but otherwise it's hard to learn. The machine does all the work itself.
