Review on Wooden Building 🧱 Blocks by Brain Blox by Dave Wheeler

I ordered these blocks to counteract adding my kids video game. I felt like my kids were so overexcited that they didn't know how to focus for a long time and acted up every time I told them to turn off the games. I declared no electronics days twice a week and hoped my kids would play in the playroom for about half an hour after school. TBH I wasn't sure the blocks could hold their attention that long. Actually I was pleasantly surprised. My kids loved them. They invited neighbors over and spent the whole rainy day building and designing! They also like to build with mom and dad after dinner. i am a happy mom The product itself is well made. The blocks are made of solid wood and have the same size/shape. They appear to have been lightly sanded to avoid splinters. They come with a cloth drawstring pouch for storage (much easier to clean than trying to put them back in the box!). They do not contain specific instructions on how to create specific projects, but rather ideas that will inspire you to create projects and games. The box shows some examples of projects that have fascinated my children (see picture). The 100 pack had enough blocks for two kids to work at the same time, but if there are more kids I would recommend a larger set.
