This is my second pair of Saucony Redeemers. These are great shoes with enough arch support and wide feet which is why I bought them. The problem with them, however, is that they are short-lived. This is the second pair I've bought and I'm having the same problem as the first pair. The heel area inside the shoe is rubbed by the fabric into a hard plastic element that when exposed rubs against the back of the heel, making running or walking uncomfortable. I also only use them internally on the treadmill.
