Incredible headset that I now carry with me everywhere!

If you do a lot of conferencing and VoIP calls, especially on Skype, this is a great set. Here are all the reasons why I love this headset: 1 - Bluetooth connection - I can listen to music and work from my iPhone or PC and receive calls without wasting a second when they come in on my phone or PC. Just make sure you're comfortable using the built-in remote control and disabling Bluetooth. It took me a few days to figure this out and I assumed it was either always or nothing. It will fight like a rabid shark to stay connected, especially with other Bluetooth devices like your car's speakerphone during a call when you're driving the highway at 65. Turn off Bluetooth before you pack them in your trunk or you'll go mad talking. If you don't read the instructions, it's your own fault.2 - Stereo headset - great sound for music and calls! I love them as much as my high-end headphones for the sound, but I don't have to put them in my ears and they're comfortable enough to wear for hours. I was in a noisy busy airport right at the gate (DFW) and I was on the phone with the boss and she said she heard it clearly, like a phone call, like I was on the phone in a quiet room directly. Great asset for conferencing - wish ALL participants on my calls had this. 4 - Built in controls - they are almost perfect for me. Volume controls, mute, and buttons to choose between VoIP or cellular calls. I'm not sure what would happen if I had both at the same time. But I think it's worth a try.5 - The battery built into the controller keeps you away from your PC and lasts a long time. I've never experienced a blackout during a call or music. I even used it to listen to an audio book all day while I cooked Thanksgiving dinner. As long as you're within range of a phone or Bluetooth source, you can move around without loss of quality as long as you don't get too far.6 - Wearing Sensor - can't remember actual name, but it recognizes when you pick them up and when you take them off Really useful for bluetooth calls as it can auto answer when you answer and hang up. The timing is almost perfect for me. 7 - Gooseneck mic - very easy to set up and retract if you just want to listen. 8 - Easy to use software for managing or customizing features and monitoring battery levels, but should be used at all if you don't want to. Things I don't like: 1 - The mute button is a great built-in feature (common), but there's a dead period while the little lady's voice tells you "line off" or "line on" what long enough will cause pain and cause you to miss the conversation. So I rarely use it now, it just hangs up for too long and turns the sound on or not off, and I miss some of the details communicated during the call. I just mute my phone or PC when needed. It would be great if you could turn off the voice notification and just beep quickly without muting the sound you hear. I love and need confirmation to toggle bluetooth on or off so I hope that never changes. 2 - It doesn't look like I can change the battery. This means I may have to part with them for a new pair one day and that could mean different features I like or don't like. Not bad, but number 1 seemed lonely here, so I had to find something else. There really isn't much to say about her. I hope they never change that model much, just tweak muted notifications and the way I really like it and I'm one of the pickiest people on the planet when it comes to tech gadgets like this.
