I have never used a similar product so I have no comparison. After using so many sprays and other cleaning products on my tiled shower, this is the only one that basically got rid of the nasty brown and black mold stains on my shower grout. I applied and walked about 4 hours, started the ventilation and opened a few windows. The smell wasn't actually as bad as I thought it would be, but I still deflated and kept the fans running while keeping the kids and pets outside. It worked better than anything I've tried before, so I definitely recommend it for grouting.
