Perfect size for little hands!

Bought these for my 19 month old daughter and her 3 older siblings want to play with them! They shine brightly, but not too brightly so as not to irritate them when bathing at night. There are 2 cycles: blink twice per second, change color with each blink, then rotate until the colors blend more evenly. This is the second time we have used them and they have dried well from the first use - no more water inside. When dry, they also glow when placed in the palm of the hand. I can't wait to use them in my car for night driving!
