I needed a waterproof car cover because my car is parked under a wooden balcony in Panama. Let's just say it clearly and honestly. This car cover is absolutely NOT waterproof. The front of my car was completely wet under this car cover. This is a super durable fabric. But that's all. It should also cover vehicles that are 197 inches long. I have a 2003 MB E240 that is 191 inches long. It is very appropriate. I will monitor the next few days if I always have to remove the car cover to dry and wipe the car dry. But it's not what I expected. The back and middle of the car were dry because they were covered by a balcony. only 2 stars. Do I have a defective product? No idea. The front and mirror pockets were soaked with water. It didn't rain heavily last night. Update: after a few weeks it fits my Mercedes better. But that's their 95 degrees or more most days in Panama. Waterproof? Getting better. Do you know if the dust covered some fabric or the heat did it too? The time will show.
