Love This Tool and Everyone involved With running Askbot Is Great!!!
Very easy-to use, it has all of my favorite features like polls/surveys etc., in one application! It's also very intuitive for newbies who are looking at creating their first poll or survey (which is what I've been doing!).
The customer service team can't be beat either!! They're always super helpful when you need something solved quickly before an event starts--or even after they close down shop if that happens :) There isn’t anything i dislike about this tool overall; however since we started using askBOT during our last year as guest speakers with Global Speakers Group there have definitely improved some things so maybe those could improve now too? 1) A few months ago someone from GSPG asked me why didn‘ t people just googled questions instead because "askbots were dying off" - which was really annoying.
- Customer support reps help answer any concerns immediately whether its basic setup issues to more complicated ones such setting up custom coding options within surveys themselves..it truly seems everyone works hard here!!! :D As far getting responses back goes.they get right into action pretty fast once contacted via chat &Cons?: Nothing honestly..I do wish sometimes though how much faster response times come along compared other
