OK. So I used it in one shift. I used it as advertised and it really hurt my gums. Because it's so thin I folded it in half and it works perfectly. In fact, I really love doubling. I cut a very long piece, put it on my index finger and start cleaning with a two-ply thread. I really like using it this way.
