VERY BADLY DONE! in playpen

Ordered pink, got brown - since I needed it immediately, the color would just about fit. I own a cat shelter and have hired a foster mom to feed our new kittens 24/7 but she had nowhere to place them. Enter the arena. On the second day of use, the zipper at the top began to fall apart and open at the slightest touch. Since we needed it so badly I tried to have it repaired instead of waiting through the entire return process. Repair comes second, but still holds out. The manufacturer should be ashamed for selling such a crappy product.

Pros

EXCELLENT DETAILS: Zippered door for easy entry and exit. The zippered lid and mesh windows ensure adequate ventilation. The storage bag can be used to store snacks, food bags, etc. A mesh pocket can store a water bottle. Sturdy frame keeps pets safe.
