I had high expectations for the design and although it is adjustable, after a few hours of wearing the firmness of the hook starts to hurt my ears, which takes away any reason for me to buy this model in the first place . in and out through week 3 but I kept it as a backup. For the price and in a pinch it will do, but I will not buy it back, which I usually do for my family if I like a product. Eliminate the lack of sound and replace the hook with rubber material, then we have a winner.
