It's hard to look at an item designed to prevent motorcycle damage without dropping or crashing the motorcycle. However, I saw my buddy crash his Ninja 650 with some minor damage due to these frame sliders, so I bought them. But hopefully I never have to test the effectiveness of the framesliders. In any case! A 16mm wrench for removing stock bolts and washers and a 10mm wrench for adding frame sliders. If you have trouble removing the factory bolts, sit on the bike while another person attempts to loosen the bolt.
