I have a large commercial gas grill that easily exceeds 700 degrees Fahrenheit. grilled vegetables, etc. I was attracted by the size and weight of this product and bought it. I seasoned the pan and brought it to an extremely high temperature. It has no cracks or chips and has been working great for over a year now. I would recommend this pan to anyone looking for a cast iron grill alternative.
