This set was fairly easy to assemble. I liked that the batteries were included. We were able to pop the batteries into the cars and start building and playing immediately. This set has been tons of fun for the whole family. I give it 5 stars overall. My only complaint is that the bridge comes apart a little too easily. My son likes to "walk” his dinosaurs around on the track, and he’s a bit rough with his toys, so our bridge is constantly falling apart and falling in. Otherwise, this is a great toy set. The trucks stay on the track and move with impressive but safe speed. It holds the attention of my toddler, and our whole family has enjoyed playing with it together.
