My daughter has multiple AirPods and one side wasn't as loud as it should have been. I contacted Apple, they asked me to email them to see if they could fix the problem. It was a little better. At that time both sides were not loud enough. She had to turn the volume up to maximum to hear her music. I read about earwax accumulation on the internet. I checked out their AirPods and didn't see any buildup, but we still ordered this cleaning pack. We sorted it and got it working in their AirPods and they're the same as when we first got them. This material drew out so many growths I couldn't see. It was crazy! It was a great purchase and it should be! Especially if you or your child have wet, sticky earwax!
