Stiff and Difficult to Use
The inner coil is hard and awkward to use - difficult to wrap around a ponytail. I wrap 3 times and the wraps don't line up so it doesn't look good. The outer fabric is good but the core is not. The coil is a hard lump and when I lay my head back on the chair it rests on my scalp causing discomfort. I like most goody products but this one is going in my trash.
