This product is easy to use. You have light curls and it will notify you with three beeps when it's done. I'm new to curling and I've always been afraid of burning my hands. This product feels very safe. One thing I would change is to make the curls wavier instead of curling. It will reject your hair if there is too much hair in the chamber which was a great safety feature. One day my hair got stuck. It was a scary experience, but someone carefully unraveled my hair from the cell. I didn't have any other copies. This is a great product that I would recommend as the pros outweigh the minor cons. My last comment: My machine broke down after a year and a half. But believe me, I have benefited from it.
