Just wanted to answer any questions about hanging a light fixture from a sloping ceiling. The "manufacturer" answer is a resounding NO, but as you can see from the photos it's certainly doable. In addition, it does not affect the appearance or performance of the lamp. There's a slight angle in the small casters and brackets that reflects the slope of the ceiling, but I think it's fair to say the effect is almost negligible. The main light panel hangs perfectly level. I haven't added any Edison style bulbs yet, but I have this on a dimmer and it works pretty well. Offers a lot of bright light or warm glow - depending on your preference.
