Amazing! I bought a pair to try and liked them so much I bought another pair for my husband. We just got back from Hawaii and were so glad we took them with us. I love these fins! The sole is like a shoe - they are easy to walk on and I like that they cover the entire foot. We had a friend who stepped on a sea urchin and severely injured his leg. Soft neoprene. I have a high arch and upper bone which makes it difficult for me to fit certain shoes/other shoes. My foot fit perfectly and I had no pain from the pressure on the bone. The strap provides additional protection for the foot. Fin - This fin is shorter and easier to swim. During our snorkeling tour I tried on the pair they gave out and they were so bulky and awkward to use. I felt like he was about to fall the whole time and I felt uncomfortable on my leg. I'm so glad I had my own pair.
