Keeps my daughter dry!
So far they have worked great for my daughter's school program in the woods! She was dry from having been in the rain all morning. I wish they had an elastic at the bottom but the buckles seem to have worked to hold them tight so water doesn't rise up and get into their boots.
- They are exactly as described and of good quality but I think they are a bit small for the small size so be aware when you order.
- May cause overheating in warmer climates or during intense activity
