I use this product as a replacement for larger, more powerful USB-C docks. I find it meets most needs for a fraction of the cost but with the added ease of portability. There are a few pros and cons to consider. I'm currently using 2 HDMI ports for extended dual displays on a PC via a single USB-C connection, including an external mouse and keyboard. I then have a second cable for one of the monitors (Displayport to USB-C) and I connect that cable to the MAC and the hub cable to the MAC. This setup allows me to switch between MAC and PC with minimal hassle. I've recently started using Power Passthrough to charge both PCs and MACs with no issues. Basically I am satisfied with the product. If I had to suggest any improvements, my number one suggestion would be to get rid of the short USB-C cable connecting the hub to the PC and replace it with a detachable USB-C cable. The product may come with a short cable that is the same length as it is now, but it would be nice to be able to replace this short cable with a longer one. I believe this would allow for much better cable management. I like my workspace to be clutter-free.
