Ordered two of these lights for two bookshelves separated by a chimney in the middle. So I wanted both lights to work with just one remote control as each bulb comes with its own remote control. The instructions for programming to work with a remote control were very vague and limited. After several attempts, following vague instructions, I was able to get both lights working with 1 remote control. After that, the remote control went crazy and all the colored buttons broke. I have contacted this seller multiple times for instructions on how to reprogram the remote to get the colored buttons to work properly. Each time they told me they didn't know anything about the problem and didn't know how to fix it other than telling me I had to return the headlights for a refund. This wasn't possible for me as everything was threaded through bookshelves and too busy to remove to send back. If they only looked on the internet, they would know that the colored button problem is more than common in all these LED backlit remote controls and there are solutions to this problem. To tell me that they are unaware of this and cannot offer any help in fixing this common issue shows their utter lack of customer service. I would not recommend this company's (LAIFUNI) product due to the lack of help in solving a common problem.
