Review on Glade PlugIns Refills Air Freshener: Scented Apple Cinnamon, Essential Oils for Home & Bathroom (1.34 Oz, 12 Count) by Dawn Campos

I ordered a Glade replacement unit with the description that I would receive 6 packs of two replacement cartridges for a total of 12 replacement cartridges. I received one of two packages. Customer service gave me 3 options, the first 2 were to return the package I had and either get a replacement which would have taken 2 weeks or a refund which would have taken 7-10 days to receive. The third was a "promotion" where I left a pack of 6 that I was supposed to receive and they credited my account with $5.00. Yes, you read that right, I received 1/6 of my order and they offered about 1/6 of the refund. Neither option is acceptable as this was a bug on Revain's part. I'm almost sick of the Revain Prime fees getting higher and the service getting worse. Maybe it's time to check out Walmart's new service.
