It looks like SanDisk is following other manufacturers' example by making port connections too big. This results in the need to forcibly insert and remove the device from the computer. Previous USB sticks could be easily and seamlessly plugged into a computer. The last 256GB plastic USB drive I bought from them still looks ok, all the metal USBs are terrible. I don't recommend them.
