In general, the device is very solid and reliable. The included cable management system is a joke. It is very difficult to insert cables into the system and seems very easy to pull them out again when there is stress or stress on the cables. I need to use some cable clamps that will keep the cables slack and allow them to move in the clamps. The arms themselves work great as long as you don't plan on moving them a lot. I kinda got the idea that with the limited space I have I can push the monitors aside and move them around as needed. The mounts require quite an extensive setup once the monitors are installed. This is easy enough, but if you move screens a lot, you'll want to have an Allen key handy. The front and back or in and out motion is very stiff and requires two hands to move the hand where it articulates in the middle. If you think you can grab the monitor and easily move it to where you need it, you are wrong. I think it just didn't live up to my expectations, but overall I think if you set and forget like a human, or just make small adjustments and movements, it will work great. If you're buying hoping you can move your monitors around easily, look elsewhere. There are some that also articulate below and are much easier to move. I have to say that it was my expectation that led to the reduced rating. The device is solid and reliable and has a beautiful look and quality in terms of workmanship and technology.
