Very frustrating. This bag doesn't stand on its own. It doesn't matter what you have in it or how you position it, large bottles, small bottles spread evenly or glued together in the middle, etc. The bottom is too narrow for the bag to stand alone. This in turn creates frustration when trying to zip your bag shut. Since it won't stand up on its own, you'll have to hold the bag with one hand and then try to close it with the other hand. This is tricky because the zipper has narrow corners that make it almost impossible to close with one hand. (Here you have to hope none of your bottles spill as they are in a bag on the counter). There is a hanger which is good but due to the fact that there is no support at the bottom of the bag - when you hang it it opens and everything inside falls out. I liked the number of pockets in this bag and the zippered pockets at the end were great for toothbrushes. I also liked the colour. But everything else in this bag needs fixing. If it were a few inches wider at the bottom, that would be great. I bought this bag for my daughters for trips in mid-January. We've just been using it for the last two weekends and if I could still get it back I would. It definitely wasn't worth the frustration it caused.
