My husband is a hunter. It processes meat - typically 100-200 pounds of meat at a time. The grinder does not stand still and quickly copes with the grinding. The only downside is that the manual is little more than some pretty general instructions. It was a bit confusing and we really thought the car was broken. That's not true, it just wasn't clear how some of the switches work. I would have deducted a star for this if I hadn't emailed them and they had fantastic customer service. It is clear that they support their product and are very responsive. I was a little apprehensive about buying this in China due to shipping, potential language barriers, and whether the company would support their product. The company was very responsive and extremely helpful. This coffee grinder is a great machine. worth your money!
