. I think the inner workings of the handle could have been designed better. I have small dogs that cannot do this.
I gave this one 4 stars because I think the inside of the handle could be shaped better. I have small dogs that can't always hold their bladders all day so I leave puppy pads in the corner. These are leg lifters and this will not be a problem as I have been doing this for years but there are grates in the paddock which makes the cleaning process tedious. It should be even, without small gaps. Otherwise I like it. I bought extensions to enlarge it and it works fine for my purpose.
