The main reason for purchase was to reduce drying time. I was not disappointed. For large loads, the drying time is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. Especially at low loads. These balls also eliminated static electricity. And my shirts and sheets have far fewer wrinkles. The best brand I've found so far.
